Coming Fall 2008: The Shoppes At 725
Did you know that the last new retail shopping center in the Dayton Mall/ State Route 725 corridor was built in 1999? That seems unrealistic for this dominant retail trade area. The reason…quality sites are not available.
No longer! The Beerman Realty Co. has done it again! We have successfully rezoned a former 5 acre office site across from the 1.5 million square foot Dayton Mall. It’s here that we are building The Shoppes at 725.
This intense commercial district offers more than 4 million square feet of retail space and generates over $2 billion in annual retail sales. The I-75 and I-675 intersections are just south of The Shoppes At 725. Traffic generation in a ½ mile radius of this site is in excess of 200,000 vehicles per day. The site abuts Washington Township/ Centerville ($86K median HH income) and is 3 miles north of Springboro ($92K household income).
The design and architecture for The Shoppes At 725 was inspired by the tradition of Main Street USA retailing. Individual building façades, small bay depths, and an open air environment allow for clear sight lines and easier access for today’s time-starved shopper. All of this combines to create a better shopping experience for the Greater Dayton area!
Thank you for your interest!
